OMEGA'S SATISFIED CUSTOMERS
Omega Automation is continually striving to improve our machines, our procedures, and our customer relationships. One of the tools we use to accomplish this objective is our customer satisfaction survey. Upon installation, and two more times over the next three years, we send a survey form to customers who have purchased equipment. We ask that they rank our personnel and our machine's performance on a scale of 1-10. As a way to benchmark ourselves, we also ask that they rank the other companies who supply them equipment. The results are encouraging, and illustrated by the graph below.
